I've used the oil multiple times and it has kinda worked for me somehow. Firstly, I love the smell, it's soothing and calm, plus I wake up better. Normally I wake up tired most times, but it's calmer when I use the oil.
I loveee the smell and sometimes use it as a perfume oil on my pulse points. E dey make me feel sleepy sha when I use it at night (a good thing to me!). Yeah, so I guess it relaxes me ☺️
It calms me down real quick. I just started sha, one week in.
