Nocturne is for lights out. Calming florals settled over deep, earthy woods, formulated with oils long valued for helping you settle for the night. It's the last note of your day: slow, low and quiet.
How to use
- Roll onto your wrists and the back of your neck about 30 minutes before bed.
- Cup your hands, breathe slowly, and put your phone away.
- Use it at the same time each night so it becomes your cue to rest.
Where to apply
- Soles of the feet
- At lights out, roll onto the soles and massage slowly with your thumbs. A grounding end to the day.
- Inner wrists
- Breathe in from cupped hands once you're lying down.
- Behind the ears
- Keeps the scent close to your pillow as you settle.
